Throughout my life I have promoted healthy eating! Natural as possible; fruits, veggies, honey from your area, and many herbal teas that aid in being healthy and making my own bread. But it is amazing how easy it is to slip into eating badly. So we have pulled out the juicer again and purchase mainly fruits and veggies and take natural vitamins specificly for my needs which is chronic pain and arthritis. I was in a very bad way physically, and now 3 months later I am feeling great. Try changing a few habits that can better your life.
